• Customer must purchase and install a Bose BUILT-INvisible® system as defined above.
• Purchases of qualified Bose BUILT-INvisible® home entertainment systems must be made between the dates of January 15, 2009 and April 15, 2009, inclusive.
• Customer redemption requests must include the following:
• Proof of Purchase, including copy of dealer sales invoice identifying the elements of a Bose® BUILT-INvisible® system.
• A completed Customer Redemption form must be received by Bose from the customer and postmarked or faxed no later than June 30, 2009.
• The redemption form and copy of dealer sales invoice can be mailed or faxed to:

• If the customer elects to return the Bose BUILT-INvisible system to the dealer/reseller, customer must return WAVE® radio II. Please see Returns Process for additional details.
